For our Dutch customers we now connect to the database of the RDW – Netherlands Vehicle Authority – to retrieve actual recall information.

With this connection, the dealerships that use WEBSOLVE are able to send automated service messages to clients with a car that still needs a recall to be executed. This is of course a great service for their customers and as a results strengthens their loyalty towards the dealer. Additionally, these service messages create an upsell opportunity as well. Since the car is already in the workshop, only a quick check by the mechanic is needed to find almost worn tires or brake-pads, and make your customers’ visit is even more profitable.
